Locally owned HN Fashion was established in 2003, it ships entire output overseas. Main export destinations are European countries like France, Germany, Czech and Switzerland. We also ships products to US. Among those, France is the biggest market that takes up around 70 percent of export orders.
Our main product lines are baby and children clothes, and we also produce fashion clothes for women (dresses, shirts, skirts). However, the baby and children products is the major line which accounts for 90 percent of output.
The company has one production facility in district 12 (Ho Chi Minh city), which has the floor area of 6,000sqm. That also composes of head office, warehouse and factory. It has 150 workers (no part time workers are needed) that can produce an average of 40,000 pieces per month. During peak time is in April and October, it can manufacture up to 50,000 pieces monthly.
All of the machines like sewing and cutting are from local agents except for the sketch map machine was imported from France. We have a R&D team of 18 designers that can release about 50 new models per month. We can support buyers to modify the designs. 95 percent of orders are manufactured under ODM basis.
